It is a well-known fact that a person's MLM motivation is at it's highest when they initially join their MLM Company. The person sees this as an opportunity to solve all their financial, and time troubles. But, like I've observed numerous times in this Industry, that MLM motivation starts to diminish once a person has been in the Industry for some time and they haven't achieved anything in the way of results.
Where My MLM Motivation Comes From
I can simply tell you that I go to all sorts of meetings and pep rallies. I can also tell you that I keep my MLM motivation up by going to every live meeting that my primary company has to offer. But the truth of the matter is... I don't.
Now, I actually do go to a function from time to time, but that's about it. I build my business exclusively from home. My meetings, both trainings and company presentations, are done via online webinar. My follow ups are done either online, or on the telephone. I have nothing against attending meetings, I believe that I am just as productive with the tools that I use at home. They don't call it a home business for nothing.
So, how am I able to keep my MLM motivation at it's peek, even though I do not do what most Marketers would feel are the normal things to do?? The answer is simple...
My MLM Motivation Remains At It's Highest, Simply because I Want Success Too Badly
I don't have to do all of those things, because the desire in me to achieve success is too great. Whenever I see regular, everyday people having the success I would like, it just makes me desire it more. It's what motivates me to stay on my computer 10 hours per day, writing blog posts, creating and sharing videos and interacting with people on a daily basis.
My MLM motivation also originates from being able to help out those that will read, or watch, the info I offer. While I am not a "guru", or an expert, I do know my stuff when it comes to Attraction and Internet Marketing. It means a lot to me when a reader contacts me to tell me that they've benefited from a video that I've posted, or a blog post that I have written.
So, in closing, I'll say this. If you find yourself struggling with your business, look within yourself for your own MLM motivation. Take a moment and think about what your main goals are and visualize them. Always remember "why" you're in this Industry.
There may be some times of adversity as you continue your journey to success, but as long as you possess the determination as well as the MLM motivation to work through the darkness, the light towards the end of the tunnel, that is success, will be waiting for you on the other side.
